Crusader went out to our customer’s site recently to see these two operational used 2013 (YOM) Titan 130 15MW (ISO) 60Hz 13.8kV natural gas units, both located in Alberta Canada. The two Titan gas turbine generator sets are on the Solar InSights program, with Solar’s high engagement/maintenance/service with the operators.
Both are excellently taken care of. Other than the buildings, they are essentially identical turbine generator packages consisting of a main turbine building (with sound attenuated compact GTG enclosure inside), plus MCC/switchgear building, an instrument air building, and a transformer outside. One of the two T130’s was run a couple of days ago from our visit, and the other Titan 130 was up and running when we visited.

What does a TENT ⛺️, surplus GENERATORS ⚡️, and the WINKLEVOSS TWINS 👯♂️ have in common?
They’re all part of a special episode of IronHub’s New Listing Lowdown, “Vacation Edition”, a surplus series that’s an ongoing collaboration with IronHub.
Just added to Crusader’s surplus oilfield equipment inventory, this great condition National Oilwell 300Q-5M pump package was in LACT service until 2016, at which point it was shut down. The pump package has no measurement systems as it was performed in a separate building on site. When it was shut down, the pump and stuffing box cradle were filled with oil for preserving (most of the crankcase oil slowly leaked out of the labyrinth seals on the crankshaft). We inspected both the main bearings and 3/5 rod bearings – all are in adequate condition to go back into service as is. Cross-head clearance is good at 0.012” on all five. Pony rods are not in the best condition and oil may leak past them and the seals. We pulled the suction & discharge valve out of #5 hole and noticed valves are spherical and are in great shape. The valve pots are in excellent condition as well. The pump package is currently located in Devon, Alberta, Canada.
With minimal effort, this LACT Pump Package unit will be ready to be redeployed!
In very clean condition, at only 30% of NEW cost, and this gas plant is ready to go today! This refrigeration plant will extract liquids flawlessly from 12MMSCFD (340 e3m3 decks) – 15MMSCFD (425 e3m3 decks) of gas. The plant was manufactured in 2005 by Toromont Process (Enerflex), it was dismantled and reconditioned in 2017 however, it has not been operational since. There are no liquid spills or leaks in this plant! This modern, full 600# ANSI gas plant, features an oversized low-temperature separator and more uniquely, an engine-driven compressor configuration utilizing a remanufactured CAT (Caterpillar) 3306TA engine.

In this continued collaboration between Crusader and IronHub, we highlight a big decommissioning initiative happening right now spanning from Three Hills all the way to Rocky Mountain House Alberta, two giant 144′ x 70′ treaters, some bullets that were just added to their marketplace, and more.
This 66 inch by 16 ft sweet service horizontal separator has only recently (around mid 2020) come out of service. The vessel and all the process pipes have been cleaned so it is ready for inspection by interested customers. Something which may, or may not be of interest to you, is the 1 inch glycol coil in the water boot. There’s ample room on site for the crane to load this one, and its twin horizontal separator package if you want it. Dump valves on this unit are controlled by level controllers, not via the transmitter to PLC / PLC to dump valve. Vessel LSHH is a Murphy L1200. The horizontal separator package is obviously fully wired and has indoor/outdoor lighting, 2 exhaust fans, gas detection, ESD valve, ESD buttons outside of each door, beacon in building, and AC lit cata-dyne style heaters. The Inlet valve had PLC pressure control, but oddly enough, the positioner grew legs and disappeared!
