Looking for a Stock Surplus 300 HP Pump Package Without the Long Lead Time?
Anyone who has sourced industrial pump packages recently knows the challenge: deliveries continue to stretch while prices continue to rise. Building a new package from the ground up can mean waiting months before equipment is ready for the field.
Crusader Joint Ventures is pleased to present a refurbished Weatherford W300 300 HP pump package that offers a faster path forward.
The heart of the package — a Weatherford W300-L pump — has already been remanufactured to zero-hour condition and reinstalled into the skid. The package remains at the fabrication facility, allowing buyers to purchase it as-is or customize it to suit their specific application before deployment.
Whether your project requires water injection, water disposal, LACT service, or high-capacity oil transfer, this package provides a flexible foundation that can significantly reduce project timelines.
Why This Pump Package Is Different
The major mechanical work has already been completed, yet the package remains positioned where fabrication work can still be performed efficiently. Additional piping, metering, instrumentation, controls, or auxiliary equipment can be incorporated before shipment.
A Proven Weatherford W300 Quintuplex Positive Displacement Pump Platform
At the center of the package is a remanufactured Weatherford W300-L pump featuring an L fluid end.
The package is currently equipped with a 200 HP, 575V electric motor, with the ability to upgrade the drive system depending on customer requirements.
- Up to approximately 3,000 m³/day at 1,000 PSI
- Approximately 1,000 m³/day at 1,600 PSI
Designed for Flexibility
The package already includes a number of useful features, including:
- Allen-Bradley Micrologix PLC controls
- Pressure instrumentation
- Temperature instrumentation
- Flow metering capability
- Ruffneck heaters
- Exhaust fan
- ESD buttons
- Seven-bag filtration
- Sweet service piping configuration
Because the package remains at the fabrication facility, additional customization can still be completed before delivery. This may include charge pump installation, LACT configuration, oil transfer configuration, three-way valve installation, Coriolis metering, additional instrumentation, or customer-specific piping arrangements.
Building and Skid
The equipment is housed in an enclosed skid-mounted building designed for field deployment. The structural skid and enclosure provide a robust platform while offering space for additional equipment depending on the final application.

Look at this bright, beautiful, custom-designed skid that’s going to be for a nice pump skid. But who’s got time to wait 18 weeks?
We know the pump market. The deliveries are getting crazy, the prices are going through the roof, and there’s not much stock left.
But we’re presenting you an oasis in the pump desert today. We’ve got a Weatherford 300 horsepower pump package.
It just got back from the shop and we wanted to show you this midway through. It’s a Weatherford 300 Quintuplex.
This baby will do 3,000 cubes a day at 1,000 PSI or about 1,000 cubes at 1,600 PSI.
We’ve got an Allen-Bradley full Micrologix control panel on this to run everything. It has a 200 horsepower electric motor.
Speaking of electric, we’ve got pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow meters, heaters, exhaust fans, ESD buttons, all wired to junction box. You don’t have to put out for that.
A seven-bag filter. Tons of room right here if we need to put in a charge pump.
The pump just got overhauled. It is ready to go.
But we’re going to leave the piping alone right now because this package also lends itself to an oil transfer unit. We can quickly switch out the suction line, put in your three-way valve, your Coriolis meter, and other required equipment.
This pump is all sitting at the shop where the work can be done. There’s no muss, no fuss, no travel—easy to complete.
In a world of decelerating deliveries and ever-escalating pump prices, we’re proud to present this oasis in the desert.
And this is not a mirage, because this pump can be onsite in the next several weeks pumping for you, whether it’s injection, disposal, or a high-capacity oil transfer unit.
And at a price that’ll make Stampede beers feel cheap. Thirty gallons, please.
