Overview

Because the unit remains at the fabrication facility, the final configuration can still be efficiently tailored before shipment. Core Package

The package includes an enclosed skid-mounted pumping system featuring Allen-Bradley Micrologix PLC controls, pressure, temperature and flow instrumentation, seven-bag filtration, Ruffneck heaters, exhaust fan, ESD buttons, wiring terminated to junction boxes, and sweet service piping configuration.

The layout also provides room for additional equipment, including a charge pump or other application-specific components.

Building and Skid

The equipment is housed in an enclosed skid-mounted building measuring approximately 17′ 9″ wide by 21′ 9″ long. The structural skid and building are in good condition and provide a robust platform for field deployment.

Features include structural steel skid construction, checker plate flooring with integrated sump drainage, single and double personnel doors, windows and ventilation, electric Ruffneck heaters, lighting, electrical infrastructure, and existing control and junction box wiring.

Customization

One of the key advantages of this package is that the major refurbishment work has already been completed while the unit remains positioned where fabrication work can be efficiently performed.
