300 HP Weatherford W300 Pump Package

Coming Soon – This in-process refurbished pump package is centered around a remanufactured Weatherford W300-L pump, configured as a flexible 300 HP pumping solution, whether injection, disposal, or LACT unit. The unit is currently in the process of being refurbished, allowing filters, piping, instrumentation, controls, and other features to be tailored to the final application requirements.

Core Package

At its core, the package includes a zero-hour overhauled Weatherford W300-L triplex pump with 3” tungsten carbide plungers, paired with a new 300 HP WEG TEFC inverter-duty motor. The package is designed around approximately 1450 PSI at 275 GPM, with a maximum fluid-end rating of 1680 PSI.

Included Equipment

The package includes a charge pump, bag filtration system, suction and discharge stabilization, instrumentation, safety shutdowns, structural skid, and enclosed building. Piping is designed for sweet service, with 6” 150# suction piping and 4” 600# discharge piping.

Building and Skid

The equipment is housed in an enclosed skid-mounted building measuring approximately 17’ 9” wide by 21’ 9” long. The skid and building are original and reported to be in good condition, with lifting lugs, checker plate flooring, sump drainage, doors, windows, ventilation, lighting, and electric heaters.

Customization

Because the package is currently being remanufactured, the final configuration can be adjusted to suit customer requirements. This may include filter selection, piping layout, coating requirements, instrumentation, control philosophy, electrical modifications, and other application-specific features.
